Archana Sundararajan (b. 1985) is a Toronto-based interdisciplinary artist working in painting and experimental animation. Her practice explores the relationship between the human mind, its environment, and lived experience, evoking emotional resonance through perception.

Her work draws on Hindu cultural narratives, rural memory, and spirituality, where ritual is approached as a transformative and embodied experience. Through stories, symbols, and language, she examines how meaning is constructed and how it shapes lived reality.

Drawing on mythology and personal memory, she explores the relationship between inner states and visual form, using symbolic elements to anchor interpretation and evoke layered emotional responses. She primarily works in acrylic, oil, and 2D animation.
